Vendor Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for featured product placement, vendors must meet the following criteria:
Account Standing
- Minimum 30 days as an active vendor on the platform (being an active vendor means you have uploaded a minimum of 50 products)
- No record of policy violations or account restrictions
Performance Metrics
- Maintain a minimum 4.0-star average product rating
- Order fulfillment rate of 70% or higher
- Response time to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Less than 5% return/refund rate over the past 90 days
Product Quality Standards
- High-quality product images (minimum 1200x1200 pixels)
- Complete and detailed product descriptions
- Accurate pricing and inventory management
- Products must comply with all CusorCart marketplace policies
Sales Performance
- Demonstrated consistent sales history over the past one month
- Products selected for featuring must have existing positive reviews
Note: Vendors who have applied for this feature in a week cannot apply within the same week, as they cannot be featured in the same week twice to maintain brand transparency.

Payment Plan
Choose Your Plan:
- Individual Package: Start with one featured placement to test effectiveness.
- This category is for vendors featuring 5 products or less. Vendor can choose to feature in one or all placement tiers.
- Bundle Package: Save up to 25% when featuring multiple products. This category is for vendors featuring more than 7 products, with access to all four placement tiers.
Pricing
- Individual Package: This is calculated at 10% the listed price of each product.
- For example, if a product costs ₦3,000. The price to feature that product in any of the four placement tiers would be ₦300. If the vendor chooses to feature in all four placement tiers, the cost for that individual product would be ₦1200 for the duration of 3 days.
- Bundle Package: Each individual product in this category is calculated using 10% of the product’s listed price and then a 25% discount is applied to the total cost.
- For example, if a product costs ₦3000. Assume all 10 products are ₦3000 as well. The price to feature that product in all four placement tiers would be (300*4 = 1200). For all 10 products to feature in all four placement tiers, the cost would be (1200*10=12000). Therefore, the 25% applied discount would be ₦3000. When deducted from the vendor’s initial calculated cost of ₦12000, would result in ₦9000.

All costs are transparent and discussed during the application process.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your featured placement doesn't go live within 48 hours of approval, you'll receive a full refund. For performance-related concerns, we provide featuring credits rather than cash refunds.
